Nasal Flu Vaccinations are due to be given in school on Thursday 7th November.  A consent form will be sent home today.  Please could you complete and return the form to your class teacher as soon as possible. A form must be completed for every child. If you are not consenting for your child to receive this, please advise on the form indicating do not consent. 

Year 6 children currently away on residential will receive the form next week.
