The school nurses will be at school on Wednesday 12th December for classes Oak and Elm through to Year 5 to administer nasal flu vaccinations.  An immunisation consent form is being sent home today.  Please complete this form and return it to your class teacher by Friday 30th November, indicating whether you give consent or not for this to happen.
